It easy for parts of us to see these obstacles and put a lot of meaning on them. We can get caught up in trying to heal the parts that are rightly activated when we set out towards a new goal or on a new path.

It’s been a real up and down ride for me to get here. And here is definitely not the end or the top. But I am so damn proud that I am still here. Not just with this offering, but literally also on this earth.
I’m still figuring it out. And sharing it with you along the way.
Digging In isn’t the answer.
We’ve all been told it. By our parents, friends, even therapists.
We’re sold it on social media.
The message? “You lack discipline. You need to dig in. Push harder. Push through”.
Look y’all if that worked then we would have changed the world by now!
Looking back looks different
I’ve walked a rocky path. Which for a very long time I felt cursed to have to walk. I was angry that this seemed to be my ‘lot’ in life.
Because when we are at peace with the path we have walked, there is more freedom to choose what the path in front of us will look like.
